Why don't the holes in the seats or tables line up?
With reference to the assembly instructions, loosen the bolts securing parts "A" & "B" to part "C" - this will allow a small amount of movement allowing all the holes to line up. Once the timber has been fitted you may then retighten all bolts fully.
Why doesn't part "A/B" fit to part "C" properly?
Although unlikely, as every piece is handmade there may be a slight variation on the tolerance resulting in the welded studs becoming a tight fit in the associated holes. Try swapping parts "A" & "B" around in relation to part "C"
Can you deliver anywhere in the UK?
We will deliver in England for £75 approx. Any further afield will be priced on request.
How many do you keep in stock?
We do not hold stock as all items are built to order.
Why are the square end caps not seating properly?
You may need to trim a little off the internal edge of the cap as it is probably fouling a bolt.
Can the wood be re-stained?
Yes, you can stain or re-stain, but we advise you to use a Garden Furniture stain that does not come off on clothes. Please follow the instructions on the product you wish to use.
What is my order lead time?
Usually, 3-5 working days dependant on size of order and delivery destination.
Do you provide an on-site assembley service?
Yes we can deliver and assemble depending on where you are based, this will be charged by the hour. Or you could try your local handyman, as we have built and designed these units to be simple as possible to erect.
